Can anybody tell me anything about the guy who does the intros for gnr? Hes got some pretty funny ones, also i heard him do one for velvet revolver. Best one ive heard yet was here in Halifax "of all the bands in the world...this is one of em!"

It's Duff's Bass Tech (I think he's called Mike.)

He did the intro for all the GnR shows on the Illusion tour and on VR shows.
