Guys, fucking listen to this. Ever played someone who doesn't know the hands? But somehow gets so fucking lucky?

Well a friend of called an all-in bet with 4 5 offsuit. The guy who went all in had pocket 9's


The lucky bastard caught a fucking flush.


Then this week he put out 6 players out of 7. I had a flush after the turn and he had 3 10's. The board paired on the river?

Yup.

I've played at a table where there's been hot players who just could not lose.  The cards just fell their way all night, and no matter how skillfully the opposition played a hand, the hot hand always manages to trump a win.  It feels great when you're the hot hand...not so great when you're on the other side.

That's the one thing about cards: Over the LONG haul, skill beats luck, because eventually the luck peters out.  But man....some days it just pays to be sitting in the right chair.

For sure. The damn thing is he always called or raised with terrible hands. things ike 9 3 offsuit and he always caught the 3 or 4 cards he needed. He got runner runner twice!!

2 Tables of 8. ?10 buy in. 4 left from each table take their chip count at the time of the 5th placed player getting knocked out to a new table of 8.
