I preordered this today    It's the first I heard of this lol  When I saw it, I thought that maybe this is a way of gauging, in a small way, the interest in GNR.  Now is when family members will be searching Amazon and other shopping sites for music that they know other family members like.  Also, they could find out WHERE the interest is, worldwide or US, by where the orders are placed.  I know it's a stupid idea, so please don't bash me, it's just my excuse for preording 

BTW when I did my order, it was at # 666  I thought that was kinda odd lol

why even talk like that, I'm sure, if insiders read this post(I'm sure they already have) they'll ignore the press and fans. Just get your friends to order CD or make orders for your friends and family. If you order 999 I hope ya get stuck paying for it. Shit, you could open your own record store, sell'em for double when all stores run out
