What's the source info for this DVD please?

I am updating my list and need some help to put some information in for a show I have.

Sacramento, CA 04/03/1993

Menu is blue with the GN'R logo and ticket on left, setlist on right. My PC DVD player is screwing up to post a screen shot sorry. There's also the Garden Of Eden video and a news story about the GN'R/Metallica fued, as well as the filmer leaving.

PS - love how the ticket says 'no cameras/alcohol/sex'? Wonder if Sorum stuck to this rule?
