Law Students, Lawyers, People with Knowledge of Law....Extreme Help Needed Quick

Ok firstly i'm a lazy bastard.

Secondly i am a law student.

Third i've got resists to do one includes doing a piece of coursework for my legal systems module.

When i originally did it i borrowed a mate's textbook.

I no longer have it and do not have access to one, i have to get this work done by monday, hopefully today since i have exams to revise for.

The main point of the question is 'why is ADR making very slow headway?'

Now i'm also from the Uk so US law is no relevant.

Now if anyone has any good links on the subject or knows about it some form of help would be much appreaciated.

The clock is ticking and if i mess this up i am a dead man.

ADR, and mediation in particular, is being promoted by the government as an alternative to court in England. However, despite this promotion, mediation is not a particularly popular option, nor is it necessarily a cheaper option. When court-based mediation schemes are no longer offered at low cost by mediation providers, they are even less likely to attract more users.
