When bare-chested Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland, in a vaguely Gestapo-esque policeman's hat, warned the crowd: "God gave us rights!? We are in God's country.? You are the power.? Present the power."

Scott just doesn't pull off the bizarre stage-apparel and crazed rants as well as Axl.

Cool photo. Im pretty sure Scott isnt trying to be like Axl with that comment though. When is the last time Axl tried to accomodate the crowd? Usually its "Fuckhead" or "Get him out of here!" or the heart warming "Give me that tshirt"

SPIN snubbed VR and left them off their list of best album of the year. But then again, they listed Bjork and Courtney Love, so go figure!
