Avarage songs BUT with Great guitar solo(s)

When I read your original post the other day, I actually went and dug out 'Big Hits and Nasty Cuts', threw it in the stereo, blasted 'I Wanna Rock', and was quickly reminded that I kinda like the song. Sadly, the solo is mediocrity at its finest.........

How can u say that?? It's just a superb solo - it explodes from the track, fantastic!

Not to add insult to injury here Iz, but if someone, anyone, were to tell me that the 'I Wanna Rock' solo is - "superb" - I would simply have to assume that they've never heard a good guitarist play.

EDIT - It doesn't move! It's flat, it's slow, it's sloppy...it's unimaginative!
