I dont quite get Duff's comment " Yeah , well I was good and sober at the time, And when I'm not all fucked up, I am a tight bass player too". Surely he was being sarcastic, and not meaning he is back on the booze again.

I'm pretty sure he was referring to to having cleaned up before playing with steve jones and how he had gotten to be a better player. I don't think it means he is using anything again.

I read on this VR concert review on velvet-revolver.com that this guy (who was writting the review) got an autograph from Slash and Duff....and the man said that when he approached Duff, Duff seemed really incoheirent and couldnt hardly sign his autograph....he couldnt focus ect....basically saying he acted drunk or high...
I really hope hes not drinking or doing drugs again (or atleast not as bad)...but oh well...you prolly cant totally be sober when youve had as much stuff as him.
But man is he awesome! I love Duff!

Well i met Duff on the first US leg of the tour and i was really impressed by the guy, very smart person, had a nice chat with him. Hopefully he didnt fall off the wagon.
