what does it say on the cd cover for AFD as far as writing?? I thought I remembered it saying "All songs written by Guns N' Roses."? If that's the case, how does anyone know who wrote what?

For starters, the AFD credits state this...

All songs written, arranged, and performed by Guns N Roses, except "It's So Easy, cowritten with West Arkeen, and "Anything Goes" with Chris Webber.

Secondly, a 1988 issue of Metal Hammer states who specifically wrote what on AFD.? It's been posted on the forums many times.

For starters, I knew it said who wrote what on this site, but I didn't know where the info came from. So thank you for answering me.

Secondly, forgive me for asking a question which has apparently been asked and answered in the past couple years, but I don't have time to search all 144329 posts.?

But again, thanks for the info.

I wouldn't exactly call Tracii a loser. He's a very, very underrated guitarist. Probably one of the best to come out of the 80s hair metal scene. Much like Izzy, he's a great player that almost never gets the attention he deserves.

Maybe its time for a Tracii Guns appreciation thread?  yes

i'm sure i read somewhere that tracii claims to have wrote the riff for jungle. i've also read that slash wrote it on an acoustic in his bedroom.

i'd be surprised if he didnt atleast inspire the basis for some of the songs on afd.

I was gonna post that part of how that he claimed to have written the intro to jungle. Slash apparently was sitting on his bed playing the riff and axl started singing the lyrics he was working on. So i wonder which is true.

I like Tracii, La Guns has very good tunes, and fine guitar work.

+ Tracii never bashed axl , in a recent interview for metal sludge he said he wanted to visit axl and buy him a sandwich and a soda, and when talking about Hanoi Rocks' Michael Monroe comments on all the glam hard rock bands who copied hanoi style and music, Tracii Defended Axl and even said AXL wept the floor with his ass......Or something like that.
