Duff and the lost corporal fat

Hi friends!

Recently I have seen the video of Slither and I saw a simple but unavailable detail. Who knows Duff's with GNR, maybe know what I'm talkin' about. Duff seems more "streamlined"; I mean... he don't have any gram of corporal flat; he looks very different in GNR's years.

I can't believe that a member of a Rock n' Roll band like Duff, has been to diet, gym or something like that, but obviously he has done something with his body. Anyone knows the secret

One more thing .... Estranged was the Most Valuable Song of GNR. Please WAR ... come back soon with the old GNR band !!!

some people are naturally thin. Duff is one of those people. He stopped drinking and lost the alcohol bloating, and does martial arts/kickboxing everyday, which accounts for his ripped muscles. I'm sure he eats healthy as well.

these rock stars need an outlet for their energy. if its not being on stage, many use drugs/alcohol to achieve that same feeling. that feeling can also be achieved by intense exercise (especially with something like kickboxing because it is interactive) so its not surprising at all that Duff and others are religious exercisers.

Well ... it's hard to believe that a Rn'R star leaves the alcohol and drugs, but it's for sure that Duff has done something. So, I suppose that something of certain has in that.

I think that the one that does not exercices is Slash.Look at pics of years he wsnt touring he is definetley fatter than in tour years.Also on the Slither video (whan they hadnt started touring) he looks rather fat.And maybie Axl could count here too.In 1990, a year known by Gn?R not touring, there?s a pic of when he played  in the RIP party, he is backstage with Slash, Duff, Lars Urich and Sebastian Bach, he?s rathere fat compared to 1992 or 1988.

In what Duff concerns, i think that in 1992, for example, he was doing to much drugs and alcohol, but after 1994, when he quit alcohol and probably drugs, than started doing exercise, then he got better, just that.
