"You're an idiot"

This is from www.snakepit.org

When we talked to SLASH at the Rolling Rock Town Fair Saturday, he said that they would do their shows in Europe that are scheduled. He said they will be there for 5 weeks, and asked an assistant to be sure to have 5 cartons of Gitanes packed for him. He says he doesn't smoke a carton a week, but people bum them or he leaves them around. After that European leg, they'll come back to the U.S. for a big tour here playing to larger venues. So it sounds like if you missed them in the U.S., you may get a chance to see them again in this fall tour. Another thing he said was about signing autographs. The band is being a lot more selective about how much they will sign based on the fact that so much ends up on ebay right away. They are especially leery of people who show up with a stack of items to be signed. GNR items don't seem to be very welcome either. SLASH said that when they fly into a country, there always seem to be some fans there wanting autographs and photos when all he really wants to do is get a smoke and head for the hotel. So bear in mind all these things and treat them well!

I would want my pic takin with Slash, but I wouldn't sell an autograph on Ebay.  That is just gay.  When I saw Duff playing slots in A.C. I didn't approach him.  I didn't have a camera or a pen, and figured he wouldn't want to be bothered.

This is the gayest thing I've ever heard or read...

What the fuck is going on with them? Are they denying their past? What do they want us to do? Forget GNR and only bring VR stuff to sign?

I want them to sign my LLAS LP. If he'll deny to sign then he'll get a big fuck off from a big fan... And I won't want to hear about Slash ever again...

So, where is the "Fan-friendly" band that VR were supposed to be?

If it's not true, I take my words back, but if it's true, they suck...

Well I have a little story that will settle this.....

the other day at the New Jersey show....

I accidently thanked Slash for burying Guns. I got nervous and the wrong thing came out of my mouth. What I meant to say was that it's so nice to be able to listen to something as fresh as VR after listening to Guns for so long. Anyway, Slash was pretty pissed off when I said that and he responded with "Man nothing will ever bury Guns..don't even go there" He seemed very angry and I seemed like such an ass.

Now the reason I think they don't want to sign Guns stuff is because some people bring all their Guns cds and magazines for them to sign and it is really ridiculous when all the others just want their Contrabands signed.

If I had the chance of getting an album signed by Slash, it'd be Appetite.... That album has meant a lot more to me than Contraband. I'm sure it's the same for many others.

Asking Slash to sign AFD isn't exactly like asking Matt to sign it.  hihi

I would be pist at you too if I was Slash lol I doubt you meant to but you pretty much put the blame for what happened with Guns squarely on him there.
