Just a quick question to anybody whos been to see any VR shows.
I was qondering if Slash still does his trademark solo spots during the show like he used to back in the GN'R days.

Its just cuz i got front standing tickets to the Glasgow show and wanna know if ill get to see slash goin solo for a segment.  ok

Oh, and by the way, anyone else heading out to the Glasgow show?

I haven't been to any of the shows, but in the few videos I've downloaded of live performances, he does an extended really long solo at the end of Do It For The Kids. He just lets rip for a few minutes like he did back in the GN'R days. beer

guitar solos dont kill kittens... no need for furtive, jerky solos that make you feel guilty for enjoying them.

Maybe you haven't seen them, but I have three videos of Slash playing extended solos after Do It For The Kids.

Almost pissed myself when i read that  Smiley

So are any of you guys going to the Glasgow show? This is my first chance to see VR as theres no way i could afford to travel to the England shows or indeed over to the States, I really cant wait to see the band, but I REALLY cant wait to see Slash. Like 1million other people, hes the reason i picked up the guitar.
