In Nov/Dec, I said that the new tour would be in support of a new product (not the GH album). Unfortunately, the GH may now have bearing on this statement. It depends on the length and the decision of the court action.

So basically management is not going to be moving forward with the plans to release CD, until the GH thing is resolved? Isn't the fac that it comes out in a week enough resolution? and Does geffen even know that the plans to release CD are in the works? (Not asking you Mysteron, just asking aloud))
