axl is not singing... it could be axl singin background vocals...around 1:40 you can really hear them pretty good, and i would say its axl like... near the end of the song, before it ends prematurely...someone is whispering lyrics, and it can be heard over the drums and the symbols...this starts at 2:22 until the track end... this is info for the track...
