Jack Russell of Great White passed away on August 15, 2024 due to Lewy body dementia and multiple organ atrophy. :'( His passing occurred only a month after he announced his retirement from touring due to his illnesses. Great White actually played the Ritz in NYC the same day as Guns N’ Roses’ famous MTV Ritz show, on February 2, 1988. I personally saw Great White live in 2007, and I got to meet Jack Russell afterwards. Such a nice guy and a great voice! |
