Here Today... Gone To Hell!

On november 23 it will be 9 years since GNR has released new music. While it has been epic to see Duff and Slash back with Axl, the time has come for new music. The same old setlist is starting to get old and tired.  If GNR is to become relevant, new music is needed.  We have heard that Axl has at least 3 albums worth of material in the vault.  Myvthoughts are that they have 6 months to get in the studio and produce a new album.  Time will tell but while the tour has been amazing, some new songs would go a long way in restoring GNR name. Lets see what happens...

Yeah it is silly that it will now be a decade this November that we have had new music.

Shadow of Your Love doesn't count...

I really wish we could get a sweet UYI box soon.

Or preferably a new album.

I have been rockin' a lot of Chinese lately. The run of Scraped to Riad to Sorry to IRS in particular.....very heavy with some killer vocals.   :peace:

Remember the time we were counting the years until Chinese Democracy might finally come out?

Now, it's been nearly 11 years since it came out.

Ever since the reunion I really haven't gone back to listen to CD.  Slash was so much the missing element.

That might be my favourite run as well.

Even older now given I think most of this forum have migrated over to Nightrain, I can't believe I've been posting here for 10 years....

weird, I would of thought the same. But damn I still enjoy the hell out of the Appetite for Democracy lineup shows. the Chinese songs just sound more authentic. as to be expected I guess. I still love that blu-ray so much!

Next month will be 12 years since Chinese Democracy's release!   :o

Amazing that rock's most anticipated album is now that far behind in our rear view mirror.

We are now going on 12 years since CD came out. I wonder how many more years it will be before GNR puts out a new album. :beer:

All quiet on the update of a new album, wonder if GNR will release an album in November.  They are supposed to tour Australia and then put out new music.  It will be 13 years since CD was released, time will tell. :beer:

Another year has passed with no hint of a new album. GNR has toured to death the same 25 songs, with no end in sight. I hope Im wrong but you keep paying we’ll keep playing is getting old. I don’t know if there will ever be a new album. :beer:

And now, Chinese Democracy was released 14 years ago.

We are going on 15 years without new music. At this point I don’t think new music will come out, just continuing touring. :beer:

It will be 15 years since we got a new album. Its nice that we received 2 new songs this year. Question is will we ever get a new album. Time will tell. :beer:
