I just finished watching the DVD of Twin Peaks yesterday (excellent, excellent show - I'd highly recommend it you've not seen it before), and just thought how some of the things that were really good in the early 1990s are coming back now in some form or other. Obviously we have the return of Slash and Duff to Guns N' Roses, the return of The X-Files, the new season of Twin Peaks coming next year... I just thought it'd be fun to see how many things from that period are making a comeback of different kinds now. Title: Re: The return of... the early nineties! I have gotten : - a new 'Mad Max' movie - a new Dr. Dre CD - a new (and competent) 'Star Wars' movie - new episodes of 'The X-Files' - a more proper Guns N' Roses tour Not a bad run for 'ol DX. Every time I see David Ducoveny I picture a sex addict as well, haha I am really looking forward to the Twin Peaks Revival I watched the original two seasons back when I was just a baby bacon, creeped the hell out of me I would love to see the return of two HBO shows. The Wire and Carnivelle Both were great |
