Title: Trying from UK to get accessible tickets in the presale...any advice? Post by: Decadence on April 06, 2016, 04:51:04 PM I signed up to Nightrain to get access to the presale. I'm from the UK and planning to travel to the NJ show. I'm disabled and ideally need accessible tickets. However, ticketmaster won't let me book either accessible or non-accessible tickets. The UK customer service direct me to the US customer service, who tell me it can only be booked online, but that's proving impossible. Emails are going unanswered. I don't want to wait until they go on general sale as if I have the same problems then, I'm screwed. It's seriously driving me absolutely mental. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I used my phone rather that laptop (which wouldn't work)

Thanks for that...it has helped (slightly), but now my phone's saying there are no tickets that match any description to be had! Is the pre-sale sold out? That 10AM converts to 3PM for the UK (I think).
