Just found my pre-sale code on user profile page, I am not gonna be able to sleep now till I know I got my tickets tomorrow morn,lol  And good thing its a Sat, and I don't leave for Vegas till Weds.. Damn exciting times for GNR fan for sure! I know this one is over the moon!! the way i read it....one membership can buy 2 tickets......so if you buy two memberships and have two individual presale codes.....then you have access to two tickets twice or four tickets

We are definitely going to Met Life!  Seats are not great (I was aiming for the 155/130 seats, but the only thing that popped were the $65 seats), but I'm going to give the public onsale a shot, and try to get a couple better seats that way.  

At this point, I'm happy we're going to be in the building. :)

It didn't work for me either!! ARGH!! Only got a "Cannot Process Your Request At This Time" error message. WTF!!  Had to have my sister do it for me on her computer with my code and stuff... wanted GA but ended up with section A, row 21... oh well :P

TM seems to hate certain browsers.

Firefox seemed to be an issue for me.

Chrome was picky, but worked.

I've heard Safari (aka IOS browsers) get almost priority access to the que.  It's weird.

I have Internet Explorer. I couldn't even sign up for any of the VIP packages... everything was "Cannot Process Your Request" etc etc... for 35 minutes, LOL.

Took me 3 tries, first I just searched GA, I wasn't going for the VIP tixs, got 2 different sections on 2 tries, then switched to include all sections at 285, and came up on 3rd try with section 3 row 21 for Met life! :) Happy boy again here, Vegas, Coachella, and Met life, my year is complete! :beer: :)

Just bought 2 GA PIT1 tix for DC.  After 40+ minutes of "SEARCHING...SIT TIGHT"  I switched from Firefox browser to Google Chrome and suddenly there were all these tickets.  Wish I had done that sooner!!

Yeah, we just can't do the 285 this go round.  We could have..until the car crapped the bed last week and needed work. :)  Will likely be able to for the public on sale, though.  Fingers crossed there's good stuff on the concourses that I can get for the public onsale.  Hopes aren't high, but I'm gonna give it a go!

VERY IMPORTANT:  I tried to access the nightrain presale on my laptop but had no luck, so I went incognito mode on my phone and it worked!!!  I got great seats for the MetLife Stadium show.  Hope this helps!

Got 2 GA pit for Det but, it wouldn't work on my computer I used Ticketmaster app on my phone.

Sometimes I think the systems just get overwhelmed and clogged, making it look like there isn't any tickets, happened to me  with (no cancelled) AC/DC at MSG, after 20 mins, I tried again, and got right in and had floor seats.

I got my MetLife ticket, Section 139, row 17  A little annoyed, as after I purchased my ticket, I searched again and the same section came up, but this time row 8.  Then I searched again and the section directly across the stadium came up, row 2.  WTF?

I got tickets in 2 minutes with no problem.

Total crapshoot, this process.  I've had shows where it took me an hour.

Did anyone do the $30 mail in rebate offer after getting tickets?  I suppose that's a bunch of nonsense and not worth the time. Some random ad.

persistance paid off! Got floor seats in Toronto. Almost threw a brick when they denied my card the first time and then got a phone call from the credit card company saying they're blocking an out of country purchase.... got it through in the end!

Try on another device?  Phone, laptop, ipad, PC.  Did it accept your code? Just saying no tickets available?

I had two computers going.  I found the key was once you got the sorry message try later, you have to close browsers and start over.  It worked that way finally for me.

Got VIP tix for Chicago. Couldn't access ticketmaster from work computer, had to borrow a friend's iphone. went through Night train and didn't even have to enter a code. Row 4 right behind the pit.

Same thing with me.  Got tickets on the first try...gave it a second round to see if something better came up, and the barrage of "we cannot process your request. Try again later." started up.  i FINALLY thought to close the browser completely and start from scratch and everything worked perfectly.

I live in NYC but Philly seemed like the right show for me this summer. I might still want Metlife tickets but I'm happy to take the leftover scraps that pop up closer to day of show.

So I'm in for Vegas x2, Philly, and I could possibly end up at 4/16 and 7/23.

Can anyone post the prices for the different VIP packages i only checked out the Welcome to the Jungle Package which was like $1700 bucks obviously too much for me but didnt want to waste time looking up the other ones but would be curious to know what the prices for the other packages are

Anyone getting that can't process message, try clearing your browser history.  I got the same thing for the New York show, was trying from 2 computers and 2 phones.  Clearing the browser history made that message stop.  After a few more searches, the message came back, so I cleared it again and it worked again.  Could be a coincidence, but give it a shot.

Nope. 2 tix, total, per membership.  You can do 2 to 1 show, or 1 to 2 shows.

Good to hear people are resolving whatever issues they were having and have gotten tickets (D, Thorned Rose, etc.).  Exciting times indeed.  My wife just told me we could try for San Fran tickets.  We'll be out in Vegas in August.  Not sure of the logistics of that, but worth looking into.

Yeah my wife has 0 problems with the ticketmaster on her phone. It was easy... just my laptop like wouldn't load tickets 75% of the time.

I experienced the same bullshit as other people did--can't process request, lousy seats, etc. I finally closed the browser and started all over and on first  try got Row 4 for Dallas show (Slash side of stage)! Actually, it's Arlington TX which is 30 miles from Dallas but whatever. Prices here range from $45 for nosebleed in Jerry World (where the Cowboys play, or pretend to play) to $250. I went $250 plus fucking $25 service fee plus fucking $45 for parking. The VIP packages were out of my league, starting at $450 per ticket and going to $1750 per ticket. But I am happy and can't wait for August 3!

Shit, with ticketmaster two searches is nothing. It usually takes me 10+ to get something I might even consider. They start their game by offering only the shit seats. They try to wear you down and break you so you'll buy anything.

Just before you submit order, at the bottom (where you would normally accept terms), there is a question about adding event insurance.  It defaults to (and highlights) the yes answer.  You have to (or I've had to) specifically click the no option to get it to change or it charges me.

For THIS event, for more expensive tickets..I gotta tell you, it might not be a bad idea.  They're playing outdoor stadiums, for the most part,...and you never, ever, ever know what's going to go on with the weather.  I'm sure they'd try to reschedule, but there is limited opportunity to do that, I think.

Funny you should mention outdoor venues, I had not thought of that. I interpreted the "highly recommended" insurance to mean the band may implode before it gets to your venue! Silly me.  :hihi:

I had no issues using Mac/Safari. Right on at 10, first tickets that came up were front row, Section F1 (Philly). Wanted section F3, which was more straight on dead center to stage, but didn't want to chance letting those go and losing front row.

The experience left me totally satisfied forking out the $45 for the presale and the nearly $600 for 2 tickets. Passed on that insurance, no idea what that's about.

Hearing the snippets of the band last night was also inspiring to go for it with paying more than 4 times what I've spent in the 30 plus years I've been going to concerts.

I live in St. Louis, and because we lost our show here, I resorted to traveling to either Chicago or Kansas City.  I was aiming for Chicago, and my first attempt gave me section 438.  I couldn't believe it.  I hit refresh, and received the message saying there were not tickets available.  I tried a couple more times with the same results.  I paniced and searched Kansas City.  Ended up with Section 102.  Duff's side of the stage.  Stressful, but it worked out.

Yup Seattle was easy to get tickets.  I was just curious since none of the shows are close enough to where I live at this point.  I can't justify $1K between travel, hotel etc.  I hope they do a 2nd leg and maybe include Vancouver, or Edmonton.  I am ok with this as I also want to see what the setlist will be like.  If it is pretty close to the 2006 tour I can't justify big money to see that show again. 

If they play locally then sure I don't really care about the setlist.  But if I am going to spend major coin to see them then for me I need to get a bit more from the illusions. 

I was able to get 2 lower level seats in SF.  I was getting worried because it searched for 20 minutes.

I will say the fan club membership is worth it.  They did a smart thing by only allowing 2 tickets per tour leg.  This will cut down on scalpers in a big way.  From what I checked out if you wanted a ticket to the show you could get a ticket.  It might not be GA but fans will be able to get in. 

The bigger question will be how fast all the shows sell out as that might directly impact if any additional shows are added.  With only one Canadian stop I could see a Western stop either in Vancouver, Edmonton or an outside chance of Regina since this is the final year in their current stadium they might be looking for a big act as a send-off.   Though the Regina stop is more wishful thinking. 

General sale you can buy up to 8. They will all be in the hands of the scalpers

I had some issues finding tickets this morning for Pittsburgh. I kept getting error messages. I ended up giving up looking for tickets on my laptop and used my phone. It worked. I think I snagged okay seats. I'm on the field (ground level) of Heinz Field. Not too shabby!  :D

Got F12 row 3. Only thing I hope is that the sound is better for GNR. I've seen three shows here (the stones and two country concerts) and they've all sounded like shit....I think because the one end of Heinz is open and maybe that affects the sound.

I went ahead and bought the fanclub membership after stewing around for a few hours. Then I spent several hours today checking what the best tickets were available in the late afternoon since GA wasn't available in DC. I managed to nab two seats in the second row of A5. Maybe they will open GA to public on Friday or for the Citi presale on Monday. I will gladly trade these for 2 GAs, but I am happy to see them again with two more of the original members. My first and last show was in '06 at Madison Square Garden. Those were Floor in the way back, but it was definitely a good time.

Seats were all over the place when they first went on sale for Arlington, TX. show.  Was giving up on GA or floor then after 30 minutes tried again.  Landed in section c on the floor.  Only 18 rows back. Will see if GA open up in later on sales but I am happy with center stage!!!!

Dude, that's awesome.  I'm happy you got those. I'm beyond pissed that I had to "settle" for lower bowl seats after 15 minutes only to find out people were getting GA and field level way later like you were.  Ticketmaster REALLY needs to get their shit together.

For San Diego, better seats were available an hour-and-a-half into the Nightrain presale. I picked up excellent field level seats after a long search.

The 21st city was supposed to be St. Louis... that's the missing show, it's 20 without it.

Picked up 2 more tickets for friends with cit presale, Lower bowl, great seats, they have always liked GNR since we were in HS, but they aren't super fan like I am, so they can sit in the lower bowl while I go nuts behind the catwalk in section 3 !!!  ;D :beer:

actually did pretty well with the CITI presale. Got floor seats for the Metlife Stadium show...section 8 row 29. Took a while at first, didn't want to hit "refresh" but I ended up having to and actually after 2 or 3 minutes I was shocked to get floor seats, I was fully expecting lower bowl but was pleasantly surprised with the seats I got, no complaining here at all...so incredibly excited!! I might have to break out my Buenos Aires 7/17/93 show and watch it!!
