Are you saying if they play Lollapalooza they would have to agree to not play another show within a certain radius of Chicago inside a specified timeframe? If Live Nation is promoting the GN'R tour together with AEG wouldn't it be up to themselves? Soldier Field is as far as I know a Live Nation venue, so is the Lollapalooza festival. I read on wikipedia that since AEG produces both Coachella and runs Staples Center, Jay-Z was allowed to play a concert in LA while headlining Coachella.
