I can't imagine it being any shows on St Patricks day, since that is a full month almost before the other dates. Possibly a release date for some new music? Also it could be a Vegas reference, or maybe a contest.

Yeah, this doesn't necessarily mean a concert date, would be cool if it was a single or something. :D "Concert date" was the first thing that popped into my mind though, just because this is how they've been teasing the previous ones. And the green color, well this is what Wikipedia says about green: "Green is often used to symbolize rebirth and renewal and immortality". That's pretty clear, we already knew that. The three-leaf-clover on the other hand is said to have been a metaphor for the Holy Trinity (Axl, Slash and Duff), so I guess there's no chance for Steven or Izzy.
