I did this a few years back, and thought it would be cool now with (possibly) so much on the horizon.  I know we have a GNR news section, but it doesn't cover articles/videos/promotion from every corner of the globe. 

Post all 2016 GNR headlines here so we can have an easy spot to go to and follow. Let's try to avoid comments so the thread doesn't get flooded.  Only news stories

Guns N? Roses Rehearsing Without Axl Rose, Writing New Music & Planning LA Concert

Guns N? Roses are rumored to be planning a secret show in the Los Angeles area next month, which will be the first official reunion show, and a warm up heading into Coachella, according to a MyGNRForum member. The band are currently rehearsing (Slash, Duff McKagan, and Frank Ferrer have confirmed that they are rehearsing) but Axl Rose has yet to join the band. GNR have also been working on new material, some of which is rumored to have originated during the Chinese Democracy era.

Chinese Democracy songs are also being rehearsed and will be performed live. The band are still working on furture plans, with a U.S. tour planned along with shows in key places in Europe and South America. The band are still negotiating the business deals for members outside of Axl, Slash, and Duff. Guns N? Roses bassist Duff McKagan has shared a photo of his gear he will be using on GNR?s upcoming 2016 tour which will kick off at Coachella. The photo is from a Guns N? Roses rehearsal.

A rumor that they will play on the Northside festival in Denmark in June.

Stiften is a local newspaper in the city of the festival.

According to the paper, the festival revealed a poster with some of the bands playing but leaved out/hided some of the bands that will also play - and there is something suggesting that it could be GNR. To be confirmed on Wednesday.

Steven Tyler was on Howard Stern today.  Howard asked him if it were true if he was responsible for getting them together. He didn't solely take responsibility but said (and I paraphrase) that he had, over the last couple years, spoken with each of them (separately) and told them they needed to get back together for the fans, talking about the impact they've had on the "fabric" of people's lives, and comparing their situation to his and Joe Perry's.  Steven indicated that he knew what the issues were, but wouldn't divulge it when pressed by Howard.

Of course everyone and their mother wants to take credit, but he really wasn't trying to, other than just answering Howard's question and letting us know that he has expressed his feelings directly to each of them.
