This was a dead horse to them years ago. The last thing they need in their early 50s now is to resurrect what is sure to be a long-dragging lawsuit over a band name. The only time I think they really gave this much thought was when Axl first re-emerged with a new cast of characters calling themselves "Guns N' Roses".
