The top one is from a relatively famous kid (Disney actor) named Bella Thorne. That pic was posted today, and shown to be by my oldest daughter. My kids are generally obsessed with her. They both have high cheekbones and are looking at the camera from a similar angle. Both have the left eye a little covered up with their hair too. Axl's jaw is jagged as hell whereas she has a little more of the oval kind of face that they like so much in China.
