I'm here....axl was so good last 2 shows.  I am about as pumped up for this run as ever.  At this point, every minute is appreciated!  At 52, Axl is truly a wonder!   

If he sings TWAT once on this tour I will be so pumped!

I wonder if he ever will do the other CD songs again.   

Regardless I am so pumped!

Quick question - heading down for the June 6th show, with the time difference etc on message board/Vegas just checking can someone confirm approx. start time? 11pm?  After seeing them 12 times since 91' im pretty sure its never before 11pm  :hihi: but wondered about this venue  :beer:

June 6th show is listed as 10pm on Hard Rock website if I'm not mistaken.

Last night's show was listed for 9:00. I think the opening band went on around 9:30 and GNR hit the stage just before 11:00.

I think the Friday and Saturday shows are 10:00 and the other shows are 9:00 except for the night some comedian is booked at the joint...that show is for 11:45 or something crazy like that.

If you catch a third mike, Bitty Ted calls dibs. A 7 inch bear has no chance of getting one on his own! DJ threw a pick up to him in the balcony at the Golden Gods Awards but I couldn't climb over the seat in my corset dress to get it for him. He was gracious and let the hot chick next to us get it. :hihi: :beer:

Well, I don't know, been reading this and what people say on that other forum...seriously, keep saying this, get a life people! All that trashing and waiting for something different, it's just good old rock music guys! Would be nice if we'd have few new songs? Yes indeed! Would be the end of the world if no new songs are in the set? Definitely not!!! People are getting so passionate and angry about this topic! And my other favorite: every show looks the same. Yes it does for those who sit in front of a computer when there's show time waiting for a new show every time! But for those who go to one or maybe two shows IN PERSON, it's not that bad! It's not bad at all! Honestly I don't think the majority of the fans can afford to go to GNR shows a few times each year! For them all this might be boring. For the rest of us who've seen GNR live a couple of times in 10 years, it's pretty awesome!

Watching that 30 minute video, it looked to me like they were in a good portion of the show.

Being that as it may .... IMHO, watching the video, it looked like they did an amazing sexy-athletic performance!!!  And I love the way they were strategically placed.  They in no way "interfered with" or "distracted from" the concert.  I thought they "complimented" the stage and show!!!

They really are very talented but that is where you and I differ. Seeing a girl pole dancing while Jungle is being sung doesn't quite fit the scene. Maybe more a trapeze act with girls in jungle attire?
I'd not notice them, I just watch Axl the whole time as he's far more charismatic & entertaining for me.
So Jarmo says the girls aren't out there the whole show - I wonder if they are privately entertaining him during their 'breaks'  :o

Disagree.  A trapeze act with the girls in jungle attire would be IMO a silly distraction.

If I hadn't seen that still-photo of the dancer before I watched the video, I might not have noticed them either.  I was just envious of how someone could look that good while being so athletic at the same time.  Totally agree that Axl's talent & charisma & showmanship is what draws & keeps us so engrossed in everything GNR.  The dancers, as well as all the other talent/crew/stage set-up/etc., IMO are as they should be, complimenting to the whole GNR (Vegas) concert experience.
 
What I liked most about the dancers, was that there was nothing crude or obscene about their performance.  I find what you're implying offensive.  Insulting people and their work to make a 'joke' is not funny.  :no:

Those dancers are seriously talented and top athletes in my books.  Hell I don't know if I could make the top of the pole, let alone all the shit they do and look damn sexy doing it too!
