Post by: sky dog on October 16, 2013, 04:53:51 PM maybe he was a bit jealous at the time because The Replacements never had that huge hit...they have great, great songs but none of them ever made a impact on the mainstream radio (they made a huge impact on college radio)....they had plenty of chances as MTV reported on them all the time. To me, Unsatisfied, Bastards of Young and Left of the Dial completely represents my generation and they are iconic songs. Anybody who was a real rock fan in the 80's knows this. The songs are every bit as good as Jungle, Sweet Child, and Paradise City. Anyhow, still love both bands dearly. :peace:
