The Loose Moose?!?!  I love that place!!

Damn...knew I should have gotten tickets. For anyone that's going tonight that didn't make the Buffalo Harborfront show, the band was on fire that night!!  They seem to get better every time they hit the stage, and you guys are in for one hell of a treat!

Head of the Herd was on at 9:30 and GNR hit the stage at 10:30..  Epic show, ears ringing with joy....  What a great show!

I was going to say, Axl fooled us all and showed up early.

Fun show. Took my GF who isn't a fan and she enjoyed it, and that's a pretty good measuring stick. This I Love was killer last night and got a strong ovation at the end.

I'm not a huge fan of Patience being that electric.

On the flip side I usually don't like KOHD much and loved it last night.

I love how they perform patience, especially the ending. Oh well, each has it's own taste :)

I don't think that Tommy particularly liked how DJ performed patience last night. I think he got ticked off that DJ's solo went on too long. (When he took off his bass and put it on the floor) Ron and Richard were laughing the whole time.

I wasn't there myself, but in the past the rest of the band have been making jokes while Dj plays that particular solo...

You're right. Everyone was laughing. Even Axl at that point. But Tommy was yelling at DJ from across the stage. It kinda looked liked he was telling him to hurry up. Maybe he was tired and wanted to go home. He didn't come out for the bow either. Just a thought.
Best GN'R show I've been to with modern line-ups. I wish I could hear what Axl said at the end of the night. Something about "you guys are funking great" and some other stuff. But the crowd was too loud and his mic was a bit garbled.
aNYONE?

he said he hoped to see us again and "avoid the po-po" lol sounds so odd to hear him say that

I noticed tommy didn't come out for the bow either, they were looking for him and then did it anyway. who knows he may have had to take a wicked piss, I'm not reading too much into it, he seemed to be having some fun early, running out and doing a bit of lyrics to Angie or whatever it was

have they been doing full covers of Another Brick in the Wall? Axl seemed to sing a fair bit of it last night

One of my highlights was the stage security guard (covering the entrance to backstage).  DJ showed up and pretty much just walked by him uninterrupted, then Tommy showed up...  Security guard had no idea who he was and checked like 5 different passes on him (ID) before letting him back.

Sheesh!
