There's no sign of the original artwork or the alternative skull cross artwork anywhere in the booklet... Here is a link to one on eBay. It looks just like an official item, has the Geffen label, Black Frog, and all the other stuff.

I thought Gilbyfan may have been speaking of a bootleg cd. I never even knew they had plans for a Greatest Hits vol 2. Troccoli are there any promos or something for it? But if you go to cd universe theres a tracklisting. But theres no option to buy. Im pretty sure you can get this somewhere, just not sure precisely where.
