I caught AIC opening for Velvet Revolver back in 06 or 07 in Tampa. Was never a big fan, but I can still recognize that the guy who replaced Layne Staley did a really good job. I think it's a nice thing how Guns seem more open to sharing backstage pics and personal images to the fans. It's definitely a GN'R in a different direction compared to the early 2000's, but I'm going to enjoy the ride and see where it leads to.
