It's always there,one click away and always will be. The amazing time for downloading was 2005 till 2009 imo. But these things, if not named or encoded properly, are really causing damage to the trading circles. Years ago you came across fake lossless recordings every now and then, these days it's vice versa. Like Jarmo wrote. Name it properly, put it in the title and it's ok.
