The shorter setlist is just because it was a festival and they were scheduled from 11:30PM to 2:00AM.
I'm sure Axl will be fine.

GN'R had to wait to go on stage until the other act were done on the second stage.

Fortunately it stopped raining so the show wasn't affected by the rain.

The scenery with fires at the back and girls dancing on a platform definitely created a special kind of vibe at the festival.

Just saw the clip of Axl falling. It's funny how many people criticize him. For as much running and movement as he does, you'd think you'd fall a lot more, you can count on one hand maybe at the times Axl fell, pretty impressive. How many times do people trip up when just walking ....

I wonder if the ghost of Farm Aid Steven Adler had something to do with this particular incident :P

For as manically active as Axl is on stage, past and present, it's pretty amazing he doesn't fall more often...especially when he's running all around in boots most of the time. This particular incident just seemed to be a simple misstep - something I see at least once a week here in NYC when people are simply walking up the stairs of the subway. Fortunately for them they aren't one of the world's greatest rock stars and it isn't immediately uploaded on the internet followed by a bunch of "critics" doing more of a pile on than a pee wee football game.

Those boots are dangerous, he almost almost lost his balance several times while climbing the teleprompters when I saw Guns' back in November.
