Title: KLF featuring Axl. Rose : the single that never was.
Post by: markreed on June 02, 2012, 04:04:33 PM
Not sure if it should be in this forum, or another, but I was reading Glenn Hughes recently published autobiography today : in 1992 he recorded "What Time Is Love?" with the KLF, and was called in at short notice to do so.

Bill Drummond of the KLF was interviewed, and states they had originally agreed and booked a studio session for another singer to guest on the finished song. He didn't arrive.

So.... imagine Axl singing this :

I can absolutely see why they wanted Axl for the song.

It's on around p196-7 of the book.
