I could be wrong but if I'm not, they are preparing for a song we haven't heard yet, or in a while. They kind of look like something that would be used for an industrial new era song, maybe someting like OMG or BITW. I know it could just be something they do for soundcheck or whatever but, you never know. Over analysing here of course. Yeah, I was thinking they might be. It's kind of hard to tell. You never know though. I believe the capacity is 8,500. Looks like they are using a stage setup similar to most of the UCAP shows. The main differences appear to be that there are 3 screens instead of one, stairs in-between and around the LED lights that cover the risers, and a ramp behind the drum set. The words shouldn't be taken literally is the lesson to be learned. I remember once before they referenced something about a farm, and everyone was convinced they would play Down On The Farm.
