Guns N' Roses Guns N? Roses have announced their first Los Angeles
show as part of their winter U.S. tour, their first American live dates in five years. The band will perform at The Forum on December 21st. Tickets will go on sale Monday, November 21st at 10 AM. They will
be available at LiveNation.com, Ticketmaster.com, at select Live Nation and Ticketmaster retail outlets,
plus via Charge-By-Phone (800.745.3000).

was beginning to wounder when they might annonce some more dates thought they might do some in january looks like vegas for new year (just a guess)  would really love to see them but the days and weeks arn`t falling in my favour :'(

Wednesday night in Inglewood is beyond bullshit. It will be near impossible to go. Why not a weekend? Why... Married with Children, we both work, seriously damnit.

Wednesday is a way cheaper day to rent the venue. In big markets bands rent on week days, because a majority of people will attend regardless. In smaller cities it is ideal to rent on the weekends. But regardless, ive waited a while for this show to be announced, so i dont give a damn what day its on. I will be there front & center. Im also on crutches right now, so if anyone runs in front of me be prepared to get hit. Lol.

I am not a huge fan of the venue though...

The thing I would suggest you to do is call the Forum and ask them if anymore dates will be announced. If no other dates are announced next week, then yeah their goes a chance for you to see them. That sucks though you can't go.

When I went to the Gibson Ampitheater concert in 2006, it was awesome to see Izzy come out to stage and play Think About You and Used to Love Her. With Duff opening I would assume he might make an apperance on a few songs. Be nice to see Izzy play a few songs aswell.

This could be the longest show of the New lineup. Remember the Original GNR played their longest show at the Forum in August of 1991.

If there was another LA show why wouldn't they just announce it all at once ?  I think this is the only one you will get.

The London O2 second show (the one which Duff played at- fate plays its fickle finger) was announced a couple of days after the original date sold out in a few hours, remain hopeful for you wanting a 2nd show  : ok:

hey Chief! I was at that 91 show at the forum. Axl after awhile started losing his voice but that made it even more insane. It was like one of those shows (maybe the only one I can remember) where the performer was performing like it was his last show and gave it his all to his dying breath. So honored to have been there for that. A funny note. My bro went to the show that was the night before. And Axl got pissed at the lame ass audience and ended the show kind of early. At this show Axl talked about how lame the crowd was and thanked everyone for rocking so fucking hard and like making up for the there night. Couldn't help but smirk knowing he was talking about the crowd my bro was in and got to see this sick epic show.

If there is a second show falling on a weekend for the forum I am there. But I am sitting pretty now with my fix to thee Hard Rock show.

Yeah I think he will because Axl confirmed on That Metal Show Duff's band Loaded will open shows for GNR. Loaded hasn't announced any dates for this tour yet, but I assume he will open for Seattle, Vancouver, and Los Angeles.

Guns have never had an opener for their Las Vegas show, so I don't think he will open for them on the 31st.

I think part of the reason it's not  a weekend is because I don't see them doing any shows between 12-23-11 and 12-26-11 with the Holidays. It's hard when this might be one of the last shows on the tour.   

Hey, looks like the site "Groupon" has a promotion for cheap GNR tickets at the Forum.  Hopefully that is not a bad sign about the ticket sales. 

It is a tough week and a tough time of the year for LA...  Most of LA is transplants so they are all heading back home!

Most shows have had the groupon deal. I know Mpls and Chicago did and they had 8,000 and 10,000 people respectively

I just scored a  $85 GA ticket on ebay including shipping.  Now it's on!   I saw them in 06 and it will be cool to see Axl again, and hear all the songs, plus see the whole production.  I'm sure there will be a lot of awesome stuff at this concert.  Would love to hear Civil War or Scraped! 

Can't believe it's only two weeks away.  Five years seems like a loooong time but at the same time feels like yesterday.

My guess his source is he knows them. :) Seems like a pretty good source to me. Anyways, living in Vegas, they're here all the time, damn near every weekend. Anyways, I FINALLY saw them with another board member here a few weeks ago. I wasn't really impressed. Maybe it was the fact my girlfriend was with me, but all they sang and talked about were tits and pussy. (which are two of my favorite things, but they way they did it just didn't seem to come across as funny to me. Maybe next time I'll leave to woman at home and then I'll be able to appreciate it more. :)
