Title: Axl Rose Halloween Costume Post by: BigChrisSpirito on November 05, 2011, 04:54:54 AM Went out to Vegas for my 34th bday to catch Steel Panther and thought it would be fun to dress up like Axl for Halloween and walk the Vegas stip each night I was in town (10/27-11/01). I had a blast being Axl each night even though more people thought I was in costume as Bret Michaels who was in town that weekend than Axl but it was still cool. Lots of people wanted to come up and take their picture with me and I even meet a fake Slash. My gf surprised me with backstage meet n' greet passes at Steel Panther so I got my picture with the band while I was dressed as Axl. Thought I'd share a few images from my trip and as for the tats I got them from a great place online rockertattoos.com they held up great and really made the outfit. I put them on 10/28 and when I saw GnR in Atlanta on 11/2 they still looked great, so great in fact many people in line asked me if they were real (I lied and said yes lol sorry) Anyways, hope you enjoy my pictures.

I'm hoping to go to Comic Con next July and dress up as Dany from GAME OF THRONES. I found a great costume on Ebay! You could wear that costume at Comic Con as well. I hope I can get a ticket. I hear it's pretty hard. I also want to dress up as Sookie Stackhouse and meet the cast of TRUEBLOOD! :beer:

All the strip hotels though are nice I've stayed at MGM, Rio, Caesar's and now Planet and gotta say MGM has been my fav but the location of Planet right in the middle of the strip was ideal. I proposed 10/30/11 on my actual bday at Paris and we are planning our wedding next October back in Vegas not sure which hotel yet :)
