Holy cow, has it been that long already?  :o I first discovered this site in 1999, it was the most comprehensive GNR internet resource at the time and I still consider it to be the best Guns N' Roses website in existence. Congrats to Jarmo and keep the site alive dude!  :peace:

It's been 15 years here man. After 15 years, you've met a lot of new friends, who, although they're worlds away, have still found a way to stay in contact with you on this board, every day, over a common interest. It's because of you that I have to deal with these crazy people every day whenever I want new GnR news. Your friends are crazy Jarmo. Very, very insane.

Congrats Jarmo on 15 years! it makes me feel really old.  This was one of  if not the first GN'R website I ever went to, it must have been in late 96 or early 97.  I know some of the newer fans won't appreciate this, but unlike today, in the late 90's it was very hard to get any type of news on GN'R at all, anywhere.  This site has always cut out the bullshit about the band and focused on reporting accurate news, which is why this is still my go to site for all things GN'R.

Also it has been really cool to meet and talk with fans from all over the world about a variety of topics not just pertaining to music..  It has been a great experience to learn about other peoples cultures and point of views, definitely helped me grow and learn in different ways.

Being a Guns fan back in the mid/late 90's during the height of the grunge/alternative craze was a bit like being a member of an underground resistance movement... and Jarmo was our "John Connor". They were the worst of days... but in a funny way they were some of the best of days too. 8)

Anyway- this site has been a constant and most importantly reliable GN'R lifeline for me- and countless others- ever since. Thanks Jarmo! :beer:
