Title: Stage design suggestion Post by: Montrealrocks on October 17, 2011, 09:45:22 AM Just a little suggestion. Not very much for the stage design, but for the crowd design. As you can see in that vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bfImlZgafsE (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bfImlZgafsE) the stage is designed with 3 ramp that goes in the crowd. I am just wondering why in the hell is there 3 ramps, if you close the gate for the crowd straight in front of them?
Just a little suggestion. Would it be possible to close the crowd gates inside those 3 ramps? To get some people inside the holes? It would be fucking killer. But then again, maybe it's a security thing, so people are not trapped inside there! Anyways...just my 2 cents to make this tour even better than it is right now! : ok: Title: Re: Stage design suggestion Post by: Montrealrocks on October 17, 2011, 11:06:04 AM Here is what I am talking about the red lines is of course, the barriers..;)
STAGE NOW (http://i1119.photobucket.com/albums/k637/gnrworld1/Stagenow.png) Stage proposed with open pits (http://i1119.photobucket.com/albums/k637/gnrworld1/Stageproposed.png) Stage proposed with closed pits (of course this one, more expensive tickets for the closed pits....) (http://i1119.photobucket.com/albums/k637/gnrworld1/Stageproposedwithpits.png) What do you think? Title: Re: Stage design suggestion Post by: Zon on October 17, 2011, 12:08:24 PM Think it depends on the local venue/promoter.

When the played Venezuela last year they used this way, In fact I was between the left and the center Ramp the stage was like that as well when they played the 3 shows in LA back in 06 Title: Re: Stage design suggestion Post by: ARX on October 17, 2011, 05:31:47 PM I havent attended a show since Toronto 2010 and I would say the reason they dont allow the people in-between the ramps is because the stage is kind of high and if you were that close it would be hard to see
Title: Re: Stage design suggestion Post by: rebelhipi on October 17, 2011, 05:49:11 PM in finland people were between ramps
