I wonder if enough time has passed that we would see Scott return -- I can't remember if they had guest singers back then or just less or them.

You never know with CF, anything can happen.

This year there will be four shows ? Dec 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd ? and just as in previous years, we will be performing a different set list, with different guests each night. Tickets will be available soon (I believe we will be doing the golden tickets again ? all four nights plus a hang at soundcheck, photos etc) but those details will surface in a week or two. For now, get your calendars out and make your plans. Time to make some noise and soundcheck. I?ll be back soon ? have a great rest of the week everyone."

I?m really happy to announce that for the fifth year in succession, Camp Freddy will once again take over the Sunset Strip every friday in December for their annual Xmas Residency at the world famous Roxy Theater on Sunset Blvd. All the previous shows have been sold out, so I would suggest not waiting to get your tickets. They go on sale on November 1st from The Roxy box office and usual ticket outlets. I believe we will also be doing a Golden Package VIP ticket again this year but I?ll have to get some details about that. Watch this space. We?ll be playing a different set list with different guests each night and I have to say I?m excited by some of the plans we have for this years set of shows. Now that the Billy Idol October tour is over, I?m looking forward to getting back into the studio with Billy and Steve and continuing the writing, as well as focusing my energies on these upcoming Camp Freddy shows. It takes a lot to pull them off (especially when we play a different set each week) but it?s one of the most rewarding things I do every year. The ticket price will be $25 ? still the best deal in town ? and as always we will bring the full Camp Freddy experience to the Sunset Strip.

That's very cool for Matt, he deserves better than all of the crap he's had to go through with VR as of late. I also saw Matt on an episode of LA ink recently, getting a tattoo of his girlfriend... :D

Sebastian, Matt Sorum, Billy Morrison -- all in Cabo, by the pool, scuba diving...there has to be a flip flop in there somewhere. :hihi:

After seeing Duffy with the flip flops I think all shock factor has been exorcised. I remain shamed/disgusted by the practice and feel it's an offense to the human race which should be punishable by law.

The gig in Cabo is actually a Magnificent 7 show, not Camp Freddy - leave it to the Savage Animal to not know who he's playing with. ;)

It's probably from just too much fun in the sun.

Had an amazing day w @billymorrison scuba diving in Cabo. We did 2 dives each about 90 feet down . I forgot how much I love diving. It's such a natural sensation... like being in the womb. I petted a sea turtle as it swam by & frolicked underwater with sea lions. Sea lions are big! I am so lucky to be able to do this stuff. I plan on doing more scuba diving asap

Can't wait to play Cabo San Lucas Mexico for the 1st time ever, on December 1st with Magnificent 7! @mattsorum pass the suntan oil, please !

Camp Freddy returned this week to The Roxy theatre in Los Angeles to begin their fifth annual Christmas Residency. The band will play four gigs at The Roxy every Friday until Xmas. The series of shows opened with a storming set that included the Skid Row classic 'I Remember You', versions of the Beatles 'Helter Skelter' and Oasis's 'Wonderwall' sung by Franky Perez and Billy Morrison respectively, and closed with a four song set with rocker Billy Idol. Each week the band promise a different set list and different guests.

 Camp Freddy played for over two hours in New York at a private party in the basement of the Hudson Hotel. Surprise guest Courtney Love sung a duet with band guitarist Billy Morrison on the Cheap Trick classic, 'Surrender' and Black Country Communion frontman Glenn Hughes was joined onstage by legendary Bruce Springsteen drummer, Max Weinberg for Free's 'All Right Now'. The finale of the night saw every guest back onstage for the Guns N Roses track, 'Paradise City'.

The Neon Trees made their Camp Freddy debut with songs by Marc Bolan and Iggy Pop, and Stephen Pearcy and Warren De Martini (Ratt) played their hit 'Round And Round' before being joined onstage by George Lynch for a 4 guitar version of 'Tobacco Road'
