The NY radio stations at the time called this show "Triple Dynamite". And for good reason. Almost 4 hours of kick ass rock and roll by 3 legends in their own right. What a Tuesday it was. To be honest i don't know how this was pulled off as everyone was in a "hallucinagenic state of mind". Only notes to mention is that this was recorded from the floor. For G & R we planted our selves about 10 yards in front of the soundman. For Deep Purple about another 10 yards up and the crowd was f'n nuts. For Aerosmith moved back, parallel to the soundboard. The tape runs out for G & R right when Axl says good night. For Deep Purple there is a tape flip cut in lazy before the 2 minute mark of the song. For Aerosmith a tape flip cut exists in the guitar solo before "Last Child" and in Sweet Emotion around the Peter Gunn theme. I don't like reviewing my own tapes, but I will say better than very good +. Enjoy, Dr. Giggles1.
