Also, how much would you max pay for it? I'm not, in any way, trying to make money. Maybe you can include twitter account news/updates from all members? Guitar tabs for all CD songs? Multimedia section (videos, pics & stuff like that from the recent and upcoming tours)?

Apple is never going to allow a bootleg guide, even for trading purposes, in the app store though. I know it's not really an app, but rather a mobile website. That's how it is where I live (Netherlands). Also sharing lyrics is illegal, you'll have to pay a small fee to do so (a couple of euro's per month) I'm not so sure about the guitar tabs as long as they were made by someone who gave me the rights to publish them, even if he/she didn't write the actual tune. But I'm not sure about that.
Christos AG, where can I see your quote of the day? Also news is something useful to put into the app. As well as tour dates I guess. Voodoo, I think waiting for an updated SMF is your best chance. I know MyGNR forum's already compatible with mobile devices.
