Security & everyone working there had no clue on how to do there jobs (atleast in the seating sections), there was people just sitting on the stairs during the show which blocked anyone getting up or down and was a major health & safety issue, security did nothing. There was also people just climbing up and sitting right at the back on the massive beams, they could've died had they fallen. And I haven't even mentioned people lighting up cigarettes while in their seat, I saw atleast one person get their shirt caught on fire due to someones stupidity. Never again will I complain about strict security at an English gig again! The crowd were great during the show though, although there wasn't really many who new any songs from CD (atleast where I was sitting). Crowd got majorly pissed off waiting for the band (and in that heat you couldn't blame them at all). I thought The Murderdolls were awful, one of the worst support acts I've seen. If only Seb was there. GN'R were fantastic though and Axl's voice sounds better than it has in about 20 years. That was amazing! GN'R were on fire and the crowd was too. Something I used to see back home happened. People in the seats were standing up! Not sitting down like they do back home nowadays.... I would venture most of it has to do with the geometry of the venues. Canada had these weird catwalks out into the audience that were really cool for seeing the guys up close.
Those videos are incredible. They are really clearly shot and the band looks and sounds great.
