I have a premium account there, but suddenly my password is not recognized and when I write them they do not answer. This is totally fucked up. They changed their system and it went from easy to hard, and most of all they take your money and do not offer support from the "support" link.

I agree with you 100% They change their system, and I've lost like 40.000 + 40.000 free/premium points, even though I tried to exchange them before the date they put as limit.
