Axl Rose is back on the New York scene. After the Guns N' Roses rocker couldn't get a table Monday night at Aspen Social Club, where investment bankers were having a private party, he headed to the rooftop Highbar down the street. "Rose came with a young Asian woman who stuck close by his side and another couple," said a source. Later, the group ended up at Greenhouse for karaoke. Although Rose never took the mike, one patron who'd been staring at him in awe finally got up enough courage to sing his own version of "Welcome to the Jungle," to Rose's amusement

A friend of mine left the church to Welcome to the Jungle.  It was pretty funny, I certainly wasn't expecting it. 

i was at a GN'R tribute band show in the city that night i dont even know how far i was from axl could have been like a street away from him that would of been insane but who knows

As a favor to a friend, I was singing a Kid Rock duet with her on karaoke once and Kid Rock walked in right in the middle of it. I can't stand Kid Rock so it wasn't a big deal, but I couldn't imagine trying to sing GN'R in front of Axl!
