Anyone remember this band? Listening to Sparkle and Fade for the first time in about 5 years, and it makes me feel like a kid all over again:

Always liked the singles when I was growing up... don't know if I could stomach an entire album of them though.  Everclear works best for me in small doses... like to mix it with a bunch of other alt. rock songs that came out around the same time.

Sparkle and fade is one of my favourite albums ever. They're still going. I think there are like 5 members in the band now.

You should check out Sunflowers from So Much for the Afterglow - Art could sure write a hook as big as a whale.

Their lead singer is the only original member left though ;)

Did they break up before or what has happened?

Yeah, Craig and Greg left in 2003, and although Art rebuilt the band and recorded a new album, everyone left again last year causing him to have to rebuild yet again.
