Not sure what the purpose of the clip is I'm sure we'll find out if its anything other than getting our balls tickled, what a fucking great band they are. I love the Axl footage but the clip of Ron at the beginning where he is on the double necked guitar is pure Rock N Roll.

I hope they are going to release Better in the Uk just before the Reading and Leeds Festival dates (which I still can't beleive I am going to!!) as this would create so much interest around the band. Most people don't appreciate CD simply because they haven't heard it yet.

God I love this fucking band!

Maybe the video clip will have scenes from this tour and not the past one...

agree with Jarmo... only thing I can add is that I wish that the video had at least Robin (not to even be a member again... a one off) again to just get the credit he deserves for what most people say is the best song on the album. It just seems like he is owed that. thou I know things can not always work out... this is one instance I wish it did. this song was like Robin's baby for all he did for it.

not to be a debbie-downer... I will just say that this seems nice to have and that this is appreciated GNR and Axl for you still going ahead and making this video. This hopefully will reignite some interest in the band and Better. now can we get that Mickey Rourke "shackler" video... hah ha... that would be awesome.

I know what you mean, but I meant as if they just scraped the other Better video and instead edited a new one with new footage from the Asia/Canada/South America tours.

But the logo art and everything makes it looks more like a promo video for the tour. And a kick ass one, btw! :)

It's possible plans for the video could've been altered after Robin left.  Maybe they re-worked it to include DJ. 

However, I think this is simply a tour promo video and NOT the official "Better" video.  Either way, it's cool stuff.

Well it says 2010.... Might mean the tour this year. :)

With HD footage like this it would be nice to one day be afforded the opportunity to buy a dvd. I would spend $30 bucks on a 2 disc dvd of a current tour easily. they could even have some bonus features of Tommy's vid blogs and etc. etc.

Not to read too much into things, but why use "Better" in a tour promo instead of "Chinese Democracy?"  Isn't it the Chinese Democracy World Tour?  Seems like the title track would be more appropriate. 

That's just one reason people could be fooled into thinking a video for "Better" might be in play.  Just like if they used "Scraped", people might think that they're dropping a 3rd single soon.  As GNR fans, we were born to speculate. 

Again, I do believe this is JUST a tour promo video and nothing more.  I'd love to be wrong though.

awesome... would have been cool if instead of the solo in the end we would have gotten that sound effect like in the beginning.

I've been saying for years I've got money I want to spend on GNR!  Birthday gifts, Christmas gifts...so far, it's been 2 CD's and 1 CD album...a picture frame for the album...and 3 concerts.  I know I'm being greedy, but I want more!!!   :yes:

Hopefully the band will be back in the States this Fall.
