Check sites such as www.priceline.com www.hotels.com www.tripadvisor.com According to Google Maps, Rome to Milan is roughly six hours by car. 3.5 hours by train. I did not research about 4 days would run around 1000-up which includes hotel and airfare. What about tickets? Is the Palalottomatica seated and standing like US Arenas?
