Theres also gonna be a rock in rio in Portugal though (which im sure i will go if GNR is there) so if gnr arent selected for Madrid, theres also that possibility. Seriously, look at the artists who have all been stated in that article, that would be virtually impossible to do financially. Usually there are a few relatively low-key artists at these festivals, but that is just so diamond encrusted it is untrue.
