Another shitty article, just a pretext to diss Axl.

"It turns out it takes more than one man to take the place of Slash"

Wow. I never knew $la$h WAS the lead AND the rythm GN'R guitarist live. And where are the rythm guitarists?

Fuck the auteur of that piece of shit.

Guns N' Roses finally kicked off its official world tour in support of 2008's Chinese Democracy earlier this month in Winnipeg, Canada.

odd that they say this and in the same article they mention Tokyo Dome and show clips from asia. ???

............when referring to DJ.

Miraculously, he's still on speaking terms with Axl

I know the writer is trying to be "cute", but I wonder, can mainstream society, and/or the press, ever move on from the past?

Can a person be allowed to change thus deciding to do things differently than in the past?

Axl seems different to his fans this time around. He's more personable, more connected to those around him, band and fans (twitter, pictures, helpers Fernando, jarmo).

Things change, people change. It seems any press, good or not-so-good, will always make references to Axl of long ago.

Maybe I'm just nit-picking.

People are taking pictures, shit members of his entourage are taking pictures and posting them. People are still throwing shit and although not happy about it, he still is finishing 3-hour shows.

AND, HE IS ON TIME! Even if you wait 20-40 minutes, IT IS NOTHING like back when we waited 2 hours!

Axl is FUCKING different you wikipedia researching keyboard finger-pecking douchbags

I feel better now. Betttteerrrrr......

they are slow. with them you need a lot of patience.  well at least the writer knows traci is the co founder and slash isn't.

The fact that such a poorly written piece about Gn'R is posted to Gibson's website is surprising.

How many Gibson guitars have been sold because of various Gn'R guitartists...lots.

Poor commentary to say the least.

whats surprising about it?  Do you know how many Gibsons have been sold because of Slash?  im not surprised in the least that they wrote an article talking about how great Slash is, and taking shots at his replacements.  It was cheaply done, but im not surprised at all.
