Jan 10th: Almost done packing. Yes, warm clothes too. I'm supposed to be used to cold weather so the temperatures in Canada aren't freaking me out. Got here via Frankfurt, Paris and Toronto. My luggage didn't manage to keep up with my globetrotting ways and decided to stay an extra day in Paris. Went out to buy some t-shirts and stuff today while I await the delivery of my luggage. Maybe today, maybe not.... First show tonight. Exciting! It's nice to be here in Canada. Even though things haven't gone as smoothly as one could hope. Oh well, minor detail. On a bus to Calgary. Left Winnipeg this morning and been traveling all day. Stopped for breakfast just outside Winnipeg. Did get some sleep during the day. Had a cheese burger for dinner and this bus got Internet. 8) Air Canada says my luggage is arriving in Calgary tonight.... Did some sightseeing and realized pretty soon that there's not a lot of sights around downtown Calgary. Went out to lunch with Fernando and a bunch of others. Never a dull moment. Later on, a few beers in downtown Calgary while watching the Flames lose.... Nice day. A bit windy at times, but nothing too bad. Last night's show in Calgary was great. Bubbles made a guest appearance on Liquor & Whores! Got back to the hotel and got some sleep before waking up to pack the little stuff I hadn't already packed the day before. Boarded the bus and on my way to Edmonton now. Got into Edmonton, had some food and enjoyed the show. It was kinda cool to be in the same venue where such great hockey players as Wayne Gretzky, Jari Kurri, Mark Messier etc. had all played and won at. Afterwards, I had some drinks and pizza. When I woke up, we were driving into Saskatoon. Went out to see what this place looks like in day light, and ended up going to a mall. Arrived in Toronto, or as some call it Tonto. Flew in from Regina, or as some would call it... Well, never mind. :-X Got a couple of days off before the tour continues with shows here in Ontario. Sightseeing in Toronto. Walked around for aboot seven hours. St Lawrence Market, down to the lake, then CN Tower and via Chinatown back to square one. It was a nice sunny day! Another day spent outside. Walked around and went to the ROM. Had dinner and then dropped off my backpack at the hotel before heading out for a few beers at a pub. Got back from Hamilton early in the morning. Got a few hours of rest and then off to the bus to drop off my luggage. From there, I went for a walk and a coffee. Then I figured I'd nap. I failed. Stayed up. Got to London and watched the show. Afterwards I had some dinner and went to the bus. Went to sleep and woke up just outside Montreal. Woke up and headed out. Had lunch and went to the King Tut exhibition at the AGO. Very crowded and overpriced in my opinion... And you weren't allowed to take pics which sucked. Woke up at noon when we arrived in Quebec Went to my room and then out to find some breakfast or lunch. It was fucking chilly. Back to the room for a nap before heading out to meet some fans at the pre-show. From there, a cab ride to Colisee Pepsi and the gig itself. Hung out at the venue before the bus ride to Moncton. last night's show was great! The venue was smaller so it was almost like being in a theater. Great crowd! Walked around Main Street in Moncton. Seems quiet....
