Did a mod delete my post about how there's so much more to talk about then Axl's hair? And if so, why?

You're not a noob. Why care? Posts get deleted here all the time. Are you going to complain for each one?

I understand how the place works and yet I was still surprised at the deletion. I was listing off the many things people have to talk about instead something as silly as Axl's hair.

I wasn't the one posting about Axl's hair. I was the one listing all the other legit things we could be discussing.

Sorry.  I guess those other posts got deleted before I came online.  I only saw this one with you complaining about it.

Yeah it was just strange, there were a bunch of posts about Axl's hair and I simply listed other things that were more interesting to talk about with a tour coming up rather than Axl's hair.

In any case, you guys are right. It's nothing to "worry" about per se. I was just kind of surprised at the deletion for seemingly no reason.

Probably just deleted ALL the posts concerning Axl's hair, including your post calling them into question.  It's happened to me before, just erase the entire situation altogether.  I wouldn't take it personally.

I could never understand why someone would quote something they were complaining about or found offensive.  :confused:

I've had 3,753 posts deleted, which is why my post count is so low. I've been here since '02. I used to protest and quit but nobody cared. I would stand outside HTGTH headquarters and protest with various signs. Again, nobody cared.

Security is tight around here.

I was asking Fernando about any news on the South America dates as he promised. It is now deleted. It was a simple question and nothing more than that. So why delete it????

News Flash:  Fernando has been a little busy with other things these past two weeks to answer your question.  ::)

Give the guy a chance to get home and unpack and maybe even enjoy the holidays with his family.

I'm sure he'll get back to us with the answers ASAP.

I know he is been busy. But why delete it. Because he is busy? You can still answer questions when youre in Asian. Seriously, I dont say he should answer it right away but again why delete it? To make it clear this is not criticism of Fernando.

Only a guess on my part but, yeah, it kinda does look like people were attacking him for not responding within a certain time-frame.
